FANZONE NFTs and the LUKSO blockchain network are announcing their partnership, as part of a joint effort to create a decentralized solution for collectors that includes LUKSO’s standards and universal profiles.

FANZONE’s digital collectibles are collected in on-chain universal profiles, meant for both LUKSO and FANZONE users to showcase their interests and fandoms. Their partnership also enables networking between users, stars, athletes, clubs and the world of sports as a whole, a space currently known only on social networks.

After a Blockchain-based pilot with the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team in 2019/2020, Claudio teamed up with two co-founders to create a fan experience platform not just for supporters of one team, but for every sports fan. “We have been following Claudio’s work since his time at Porsche Digital, and we know his vision for the digital collectibles market will change the way fans engage with sports memorabilia” says LUKSO co-founder and managing director Marjorie Hernandez.

FANZONE co-founder Dirk Weyel brings two decades of entrepreneurial experience with games and fantasy sports to the table, while co-founder Björn Hesse, formerly at Twitter Germany and SAT.1 ran.de, imparts his passion for sports and marketing to the sport/games/tech mix.

In addition, FANZONE.io offers a platform for fan engagement with every enthusiast, as well as targeting new mobile internet users who can now take advantage of Blockchain and decentralization, without having to overcome any of the former technical requirements or challenges, much less demand they fully understand them.

Through LUKSO’s own services, users will be able to sign up with a simple email and authenticate their account, purchases, and collections using magic e-mail links, as well as offering authentication for power users through Metamask. LUKSO also utilizes advanced consensus algorithms, which are very energy efficient, unlike proof-of-work Blockchains such as Bitcoin.
